The mountain biking freeride trip of a lifetime, the Red Bull's Freight Train tour has trekked across Australia's endless Nullarbor Plain, from Perth`s beautiful west coast, all the way to northern South Australia and finally down to Adelaide. It's a journey to search out some of the world's most remote freeride destinations, some 4,500 kilometres and 16 days of Australia's most wide-open and untouched wilderness.
Aboard the Freight Train were five of the world`s most influential riders to date. World Downhill champion, Nathan Rennie joined fellow Australian and true big hit/gap master Grant Allen on the trip. Also along for the ride Canada's hard hitting freeride ruler Dave Watson and American all-round street riding MTB maestro Aaron Chase made it an international affair. Rounding out the crew was Mike Shaw, the tour mechanic who managed to ride more than wrench, keeping the riders rigs rolling day in, day out.
